• Initial meeting

    At our initial meeting The Sounen Project will discuss your needs and the potential for us to meet them. We will then prepare and send you a project proposal.

  • Scoping meeting

    Once you’re happy with the proposal we’ll make a detailed assessment of your event to get an understanding of any sound equipment you will be using or will need us to provide. We may need to contact and visit the venue to get a clear picture of their set up. We will also scope out what you would like to be recorded and when during the event – this may involve one room/site or multiple rooms/sites.

  • Recording

    The Sounen Project will then record your event based on your specific requirements, so that you can enjoy your event, safe in the knowledge that it is being professionally captured for the future. We are all friendly, personable and hard working. Most of the time you won’t notice that we are there, but we will always be happy to engage with your guests and answer any questions they might have about what we are doing.

  • Project completion, delivery and storage

    We will complete the project to your exact specification. If you simply want a digital file and a disk of your recording then that is exactly what you will get. However, if you would like us to correct and produce your recording to the highest professional standard we will do our best to deliver exactly what you want. We can provide low and high resolution recordings for you to store in your own archive, online database or website. For an additional monthly fee we can provide you with access to your recordings via a personalised archive held on our servers.
